We’re the original family company–a father and son team with a combined 40 years of experience. We named the company Kelsey-Colt after my kids, the motivation behind my work and the inspiration for bringing quality construction and service to businesses and families alike.

We love what we do and we stand by our work
We have been designing and delivering remodels, additions and commercial makeovers for 3 decades. We’ve built custom homes from the ground up and we’ve also tackled our fair share of small projects like window installations, deck and patio reconstructions, and bathroom updates. We’re particularly skilled at detail work for those who have a creative vision.

And if we can’t do exactly what you want with our own hands, we’ll bring in specialists who have their own long history of excellence, including electricians, plumbers, fireplace installers, artists, window and cabinet makers, among others.
